Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At VLOQ, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all return, refund, and exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

Return Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 5 calendar days of the date of delivery.

Any request submitted after this period may not be accepted.

  • Unboxing Video (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims)

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, and promotional materials.

  • Show no signs of use, damage, modification, washing, installation, or tampering.

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by VLOQ.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Personal care products

  • Beauty and hygiene products

  • Consumable products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products specifically marked as "Non-Returnable"

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery.

Claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

For verification purposes, customers may be required to provide:

  • Complete unboxing video

  • Product images

  • Packaging images

  • Shipping label images

Failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Return Approval

Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.

All return requests are reviewed individually based on:

  • Product condition

  • Supplier policies

  • Product category

  • Supporting documentation

  • Inspection findings

VLOQ reserves the sole right to determine whether a return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or refund request qualifies under this policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for approved cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

VLOQ does not guarantee replacement availability for all products.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, and financial institutions.

  • Original shipping charges, handling fees, payment gateway charges, and return logistics costs may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

Refused Deliveries & Return-To-Origin (RTO)

Customers are requested not to refuse delivery of confirmed orders.

Where an order is returned due to:

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Failure to accept delivery

VLOQ reserves the right to deduct shipping, return shipping, handling, and administrative charges from any eligible refund amount.

Repeated RTO incidents may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Final Decision

All return, exchange, replacement, and refund decisions made by VLOQ following verification and inspection shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
