VLOQ Return, Refund, Replacement, Exchange, and Non-Returnable Products Policy

1. Purpose

This Policy governs the return, refund, replacement, exchange, and non-returnable product practices applicable to purchases made through VLOQ. It forms part of the Terms of Use and should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and other policies published by VLOQ. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable laws.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all purchases made through VLOQ's website and related sales channels, including prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders, unless a specific product page states otherwise.

3. Definitions

Customer, Platform, Supplier, Return, Refund, Replacement, Exchange, Defective Product, Damaged Product, and Applicable Law shall have their ordinary commercial meanings. VLOQ may request documentary evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate any claim.

4. Return Window

Eligible return requests must be initiated within five (5) calendar days of delivery, unless a different period is stated on the product page. Claims for transit damage, incorrect products or missing items should be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

5. Return Eligibility

Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free from alteration, and accompanied by original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Approval is subject to inspection.

6. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are ordinarily non-returnable unless received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition: jewelry, bracelets, Rudraksha products, healing crystals, gemstones, Vastu products, personal care, wellness sprays, oils, cosmetics, hygiene products, shapewear, innerwear, lingerie, padded apparel, customized products, digital products, gift cards, clearance products and products expressly marked 'Non-Returnable'.

7. Evidence Requirements

Customers may be required to provide a continuous unboxing video, photographs of the product, its packaging, the shipping label, the invoice and any other information reasonably requested for verification.

8. Inspection & Approval

Submission of a return, refund, replacement, or exchange request does not guarantee approval. VLOQ reserves the right, acting reasonably and in good faith, to inspect the returned merchandise and determine whether a claim qualifies under this Policy.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing timelines depend on banks and payment service providers. Permissible deductions under applicable law may include shipping, payment gateway and logistics charges where disclosed.

10. Exchanges & Replacements

Approved exchanges and replacements are subject to inventory availability and supplier confirmation. An identical replacement cannot always be guaranteed.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may be declined.

12. Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Repeated refusal of delivery or customer-caused Return-to-Origin (RTO) events may result in deduction of applicable logistics costs, restriction of COD facilities or refusal of future orders, subject to applicable law.

13. Fraud Prevention

VLOQ reserves the right to reject claims supported by false, misleading, or manipulated evidence and to investigate suspected abuse of the returns process.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VLOQ's aggregate liability arising from any order shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the affected product. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Force Majeure

VLOQ shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, strikes, pandemics, cyber incidents or logistics disruptions.

16. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts having jurisdiction at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

17. Amendments

VLOQ may amend this Policy from time to time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise required by law.

However, due to the nature of certain products, hygiene standards, supplier policies, and our fulfillment process, all return, refund, replacement, and exchange requests are subject to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

A return request may only be considered if the product:

             Is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

             Is returned with its original packaging, labels, manuals, accessories, tags, inserts, and promotional materials.

             Shows no signs of use, washing, installation, modification, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.

             Is accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

All returned products are subject to inspection and approval by VLOQ before any replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain product quality, hygiene, authenticity, and customer safety, the following categories are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the product is received in a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete condition.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all jewelry and wearable spiritual accessories are non-returnable after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, Missing or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

Claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

For verification purposes, customers may be required to provide:

             Packaging Photographs

             Shipping Label Images

             Order Number

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for approved cases involving:

             Manufacturing Defects

             Damaged Products

             Incorrect Products

             Missing Items

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Replacement of the exact product cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

             Refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

             Processing time depends on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

             Original shipping charges, handling charges, payment gateway fees, return shipping charges, and administrative costs may be deducted wherever permitted under applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refused Deliveries and Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Customers are requested not to refuse delivery of confirmed orders.

If an order is returned due to:

             Refused Delivery

             Incorrect Shipping Address

             Customer Unavailability

             Failure to Accept Delivery

             Failure to Respond to Courier Attempts

VLOQ reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping charges, return shipping costs, handling fees, payment gateway charges, and administrative expenses from any eligible refund.

Repeated Return-To-Origin (RTO) incidents may lead to restrictions or cancellation of future Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid orders.

Fraud Prevention

VLOQ reserves the right to reject any return, refund, replacement, or exchange request if there is reasonable evidence of:

             Product misuse

             Intentional damage

             Missing original contents

             False or fraudulent claims

             Abuse of the return policy

             Repeated suspicious return activity

Such decisions will be made after internal verification.

Final Decision

All return, replacement, exchange, store credit, and refund decisions made by VLOQ after verification and inspection shall be final, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in India.
